This page describes what this website collects, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. The short version: we collect what you send us through two forms, plus the technical basics needed to keep those forms working — and we do not sell any of it.

What this policy covers
This policy covers the FDC Oxen marketing website — the pages and forms you are looking at now. It does not cover the project-management portal we operate for clients and project partners; use of that system is governed by the agreements for those projects.
What you send us
The substance of what we collect arrives through two forms:
Project inquiries — your name, company, email, phone, the market you build in, project locations, and whatever you tell us about the program.
Subcontractor applications — your contact and company details, the trades you perform, your service location, document expiration dates, and the compliance documents you attach: certificate of insurance, W-9, and state license if you hold one.
We are aware of what those documents contain — a W-9 carries a taxpayer identification number (an EIN, or a Social Security number for sole proprietors) along with tax classification, address, and signature; certificates and licenses carry policy and license numbers — and we handle them as described below.
What we collect automatically
When you submit a form, our systems record the request’s source IP address and keep it with the submission — we use it to rate-limit the forms and to filter and investigate spam and abuse. Our servers also keep standard connection logs. This site sets no cookies and runs no client-side analytics, advertising, or social-media trackers.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to evaluate and qualify your company for subcontract work, to keep ordinary business records, and to prevent spam and abuse of the forms. We contact you about the matter you wrote to us about — we do not add you to marketing lists, we do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where it lives and who sees it
Form submissions are recorded in our business systems, and a notification email is delivered to our team. For subcontractor applications, that email may include your documents as attachments when their combined size allows; otherwise it references the copies held in storage. Uploaded documents are kept in access-restricted cloud storage.
The service providers that run this infrastructure on our behalf — cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, and application monitoring — process this information to provide those services. Beyond them, we disclose it when the law requires it.
Compliance documents get particular care: they are submitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), stored with restricted access, and used to evaluate your application and, if we work together, to manage the subcontractor relationship.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the purposes above and for the legal, tax, and insurance obligations that come with running a contracting business. Subcontractor records are kept while your company remains a candidate or partner for our projects.
Your choices
Write to info@fdcoxen.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion. We may need to verify your identity first. We honor these requests except where a legal, tax, insurance, or contractual obligation requires us to keep the record — we will tell you which it is — and copies may persist for a limited time in routine backups.
Changes to this policy
When our practices change, this page and the date at the top change with them.
